The Establishment Of New Homoeopathy Medical College Amendments Regulations 2018

Abstract

In exercise of the powers conferred by section33 read with section 12A of the homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Council of homoeopathy, with the previous sanction of the Central government, hereby makes regulations to amend the establishment of New homoeopathy medical college, (Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College) regulations, 2011.
