dc.description.abstract A case of sciatica and back pain is presented. Based on several characteristic symptoms- jesting sinking in the epigastrium, dreams of unsuccessful efforts, offended easily, clairvoyance, doubtfulness of recovery- Stannum metallicum was prescribed with good results. Stannum is a remedy characterized by great weakness, especially of the chest and epigastrium; it feels the pressure of expectation; the delusion that he has an incurable disease is a peculiar symptom of the remedy. en_US
