Abstract

In exercise of the powers conferred under article 309 of the constitution read with the government of india ministry of home affairs O.M. no24/78//168-DH-(s) dated24/9/1968 and in supersession of the delhi health services rule of general duty medical officer notified on 27june 2007 under health and family welfare department.
