dc.description.abstract | Uterine Leiomyomata is the most common benign tumour of females and as of now no definite treatment is available which is free of treatment sequels. A case report of 45 years aged female with a large uterine fibroid (35 X 27 mm) is presented here. She was successfully treated by individualized homoeopathic treatment with Pulsatilla nigricans.
