dc.description.abstract The most common form of diabetic neuropathy is diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy. It most frequently presents with distal sensory loss. Treatment of diabetic neuropathy is unsatisfactory in modern treatment. A case of Diabetic Distal Symmetric Polyneuropathy in a 40-year-old male treated with homoeopathy is reported here. This case shows the efficacy of homoeopathic medicine, Phosphorus, in giving not only symptomatic relief to the patient but also improving the pathological findings and peripheral nerve conduction. en_US
