Abstract

In exercise of the powers conferred, by clauses (b) to (g) of sub- section (1) of section 33 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973) and in supersession of the Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 1984, except as respects things done or submitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Council of Homoeopathy, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes regulations
