Homoeopathy Central Council (Registration) Regulations, 1982

Abstract

Restore.—The Central Council of Homoeopathy in pursuance of regulation 9 of Homoeopathy Central Council (Registration) Regulations, 1982, read with Sections 21 & 15 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), renews the Register known as Central Register of Homoeopathy(published in Gazette of India of 02.01.1993 and to read said Gazette with the list of removed names notified in theGazette of India on 19.07.2008) by restoring some names in a list being published in Gazette of India, dated 06.12.2014and in continuation to it, some more names are being restored as being published in the Gazette of India for genera information.
