dc.description.abstractUterine Leiomyomata is the most common benign tumour of females and as of now no definite treatment is available which is free of treatment sequels. A case report of 45 years aged female with a large uterine fibroid (35 X 27 mm) is presented here. She was successfully treated by individualized homoeopathic treatment with Pulsatilla nigricans. After treatment for a period of about one year ultrasonography report reveals normal study.en_US
